Archival material is looking for people who would take care and let the others use it.
Spirit Of Squatters would like to give archival material to the public !
We, Spirit Of Squatters Collective, we have nice present for all of You :)
Longer than 10 years we collected a lot of archive material from all different actions, demonstrations, squattings, concerts, festivals, action camps etc. etc. Not only form NL but also from other parts of the world. Not only posters, leaflets, newspapers, books, zines, stickers, photos, copies etc. After dreaming to long for creating a place where we can give/show it to the public now we said its enough and we would like pass this task to You. So if You have place where things could be exposed, where people could have access to them we would love to give You this beautiful collection and big piece history of activism. Just contact us !

is part of Amsterdam university (uvA)dont know if thats so great for this material. Besides i dont like institutions who cannot clearlty put on there site what they do and why. For now i would say be carefull and take the time dont go rushinf giving it away

Great collection, dedicated employees, they really try to be part of the collective memory of the social movements, and yes, until now they also manage to be state-funded, which is a rare case of well-spent government money (= 'our' money, as in 'everyone's money').

and yeah following on from above posters, the benefits of archiving in some sort of institution are clear - people have access to it, there's less chance of it being stolen/destroyed
besides, on a 2 minute check of the iisg website, it seems you can search their catalogue:
