Threat of eviction for Can Piella!!! Support us!!!

On thursday, October 4, Can Piella, since 2009 squatted land and building near Barcelona, got a precaution eviction order to be executed in the period of 9 days (Sunday 14th). This is a call out for action, to show that Can Piella is alive! You are welcome to come to the open meeting 13-15 of October or support the struggle in another way.

If you have not the time or don't want to come you can help spread the news about Can Piella widely. Spreading the information about the eviction order internationally can strengthen the fight and pressure Spanish press to report about Can Piella.
Local actions that could help us:
- Spread the eviction threat of Can Piella (bouncing the mail, twitting (@canpiella), etc...)
- writing press releases to your local media, with a photo if possible.
- go to the Spanish embassy and make an (symbolic) action. Make a photo, send it to us and spread it where you want.
- Every autonomous action is welcome!

And on 13 October there is a big manifestation planned to support Can Piella.
If you happen to be near..., it is at Plaza Antoni Baqué de La Llagosta.
The open weekend @ Can Piella will start after the manifestation on Saturday and will contain presentations and exhibitions of projects connected with land occupation, autonomy, food sovereignty etc, like LA ASAC (network Catalonia), Reclaim the Fields (transnational network) and Lakabe (community).
