kom zaterdag 14 juli half twaalf naar schiphol om te protesteren tegen de deportatie van de 24 jarige afghaanse migrant hafiz die vanuit belgië, via schiphol, naar dubai gevlogen zal worden door klm, van waaruit het verder zal reizen naar kaboel in afghanistan
Hafiz, 24 jaar, is opgesloten in het gesloten centrum van Merksplas sinds 4 maanden. Hij leeft in België sinds 4 jaren. Zijn asielaanvraag werd afgewezen. Hij werd gearresteerd op 12 maart toen hij een hongerstaking begon met 60 andere metgezellen om te protesteren tegen de situatie van mensen zonder papieren in België. Hij werd met anderen onmiddellijk gearresteerd en opgesloten in een detentiecentrum.
Oproep voor Nederland: Kom naar de luchthaven van Schiphol op zaterdag 14 juli om 11.30 om deze uitzetting te voorkomen door bij de incheckbalie met de passagiers en het personeel van KLM te praten.
Hij heeft al een eerste uitzetting geweigerd. De politie-escorte heeft hem toen gewaarschuwd: "de volgende keer zul je begeleid worden en we zullen geweld gebruiken."
Deze zin klinkt als een expliciete bedreiging voor Hafiz. Hij is bang de mishandelingen te ondergaan zoals zijn Iraanse vriend, de heer Muhamed Ali die zwaar toegetakeld werd tijdens zijn uitzetting naar Iran (vastgebonden op een stoel en geslagen door de politie 7).
Hij vreest ook voor zijn leven in Afghanistan. De Dienst Vreemdelingenzaken, a priori bijzonder goed geïnformeerd over de situatie daar, zei dat Kabul een veilig gebied is
Nochtans werd de broer van Hafiz vermoord door de Taliban een paar maanden geleden. Hij riskeert dat de Taliban hem gaan beschuldigen een spion te zijn van het Westen en is bang om gearresteerd te worden door de Afghaanse autoriteiten voor illegaal het land te zijn verlaten.
Het ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken is van plan om hem te deporteren naar Kabul via Amsterdam

Hafiz weigert te worden uitgezet naar Afghanistan, zijn leven is daar in gevaar. Alleen de dood wacht hem daar.
Voor hem en alle anderen, die ten onrechte worden opgesloten in deze gevangenissen!

Second attempt to deport Hafid to Afghanistan Saturday July 14
After the deportation of the Afghan boy Parwais on July 9 and ten other young Afghans that have been deported in the months may and April, Maggy De Block keeps going on.
* Call out for the Netherlands: come to Schiphol airport saturday 14, 11.30 h., to prevent this deportation from happening, by talking to passengers and KLM personnel as they check in.
About Hafiz:
Hafiz, 24 years old, has been locked up for 4 months in the closed center at Merksplas. He has been living in Belgium for 4 years already. His request for asylum was denied. He was arrested on march 12 when he started a hunger strike together with 60 companions to protest against the situation of undocumented people in Belgium. He was arrested immediately and locked up in a closed center. You can listen to the interview with him here:

He already has refused a first deportation. The police escort has warned him at the time: “Next time you will be escorted and we shall use violence.”
This phrase sounds like an explicit threat to Hafiz. He is afraid he will have to undergo serious molestation, just like his Iranian friend, mr. Muhamed, who was beaten up heavily during his deportation to Iran (tied to a chair and beaten by 7 police officers).
He also fears for his life in Afghanistan. The aliens police, especially well informed about the situation over there, says that Kabul is a safe area.
Nevertheless Hafiz' brother was murdered by the Taliban a few months ago. Above that he risks that the Taliban will accuse him of being a spy for the West. And he is also afraid of being arrested by the Afghan authorities because he left the country illegally.
The ministry of Foreign Affairs plans to deport him to Kabul via Amsterdam.

Hafiz refuses to be deported to Afghanistan. His life will be in danger there. Only death awaits him there.
Call out for Belgium: We gather Saturday July 14 at 9.20 h. at the airport of Zaventem to prevent this deportation from happening, by talking to passengers and KLM personnel as they check in.
