Support the revolution in Belarus!

Now at least 10 anarchists and antifascists are serving administrative arrests. In addition, 10 anarchists and 4 anti-fascists are waiting for criminal courts, punishment for some of them reaches 20 years in prison.
In 26 years, dictator Lukashenko has built a system aimed at suppressing any political life. The coronavirus and a number of economic problems have greatly changed what is happening in the country. In a few months, Belarusians have learned to self-organize. The presidential elections provoked a wave of the largest protest in the country’s history! But the tyrant does not want to give up his throne. At least 5 people were killed (some died under strange circumstances). Thousands of people were beaten and disabled by the violence of the police. More than 15 thousand have been detained and sentenced on administrative cases. More than 500 criminal cases have been initiated. At least 200 people are awaiting trial in the pre-trial detention center
Since the first days of the uprising, anarchists have been actively participating in street demonstrations and various initiatives in their places of residence. Activists are agitating for self-organization and decentralized protest. Some organized a partisan group. The determination and persistency of anarchist movement of the country has made us one of the most organized political forces in the fight against the dictatorship.
But the anarchists are not ignored by repressive structures as well. Because of the problems, some of our comrades were forced to go underground and quit their jobs. Left without the means to exist and their place of residence, they now live solely on the solidarity of their comrades! With resources scarse we are forced to callour comrades and friends outside of the country for the support. The money for many things are quite urgent and we would appreciate every contribution from small to big!
For today, constant help is needed with:
*payment for safe housing, rent of meeting rooms and other
*infrastructure;
*purchase of protest equipment (megaphones, walkie-talkies,
*personal equipment, medical kits, etc.),
*printing leaflets/stickers/pamphlets,
*supporting those who now live in the underground and cannot earn money,
*support for activists who have survived violence by the Belarusian state.
We call on comrades around the world to show solidarity with the anarchist movement of Belarus. Through the support of this campaign, you will back not only the anarchists, but also the desire of the Belarusian people to free themselves from dictatorship!

Steun de revolutie in Wit-Rusland
In 26 jaar tijd heeft dictator Loekasjenko een systeem opgebouwd dat erop gericht is elk politiek leven te onderdrukken. Het coronavirus en economische problemen hebben de situatie in het land sterk veranderd. In enkele maanden tijd hebben Wit-Russen geleerd zichzelf te organiseren. De presidentsverkiezingen hebben een golf van het grootste protest in de geschiedenis van het land uitgelokt! Maar de tiran wil zijn troon niet opgeven. Minstens 5 mensen werden gedood (sommigen stierven onder vreemde omstandigheden). Duizenden mensen werden geslagen en zijn ernstig gewond geraakt door het geweld van de politie. Meer dan 15 duizend mensen zijn opgesloten en veroordeeld tot administratieve zaken. Er zijn meer dan 500 strafzaken gestart. Minstens 200 mensen wachten op een proces in voorlopige hechtenis (waaronder minstens vier anarchisten en vier antifascisten).
Sinds de eerste dagen van de opstand hebben anarchisten actief deelgenomen aan demonstraties en diverse initiatieven in hun woonplaats. Activisten ageren voor zelforganisatie en gedecentraliseerd protest. Sommigen organiseerden een partizanengroep. De vastberadenheid en volharding van de anarchistische beweging van het land heeft ons tot een van de meest georganiseerde politieke krachten in de strijd tegen de dictatuur gemaakt.
Maar ook de anarchisten worden niet genegeerd door de repressieve structuren. Vanwege de problemen werden sommige van onze kameraden gedwongen ondergronds te gaan en hun baan op te geven. Zonder de middelen om te bestaan en zonder hun woonplaats, leven ze nu alleen nog maar op de solidariteit van hun kameraden! Met schaarse middelen worden we gedwongen om onze kameraden en vrienden buiten het land op te roepen voor steun. Het geld voor veel dingen is vrij dringend en we zouden elke bijdrage van klein tot groot op prijs stellen!
Want vandaag de dag is er voortdurend hulp nodig met:
- betaling voor veilige huisvesting, huur van vergaderzalen en andere infrastructuur
- aankoop van protestuitrusting (megafoons, walkietalkies, persoonlijke uitrusting, medische kits, enz.)
- het drukken van folders/stickers/pamfletten
- steun voor degenen die nu in de metro leven en geen geld kunnen verdienen
- steun voor activisten die het geweld van de Wit-Russische staat hebben overleefd
