Oproep voor spandoeken-actie voor vrijplaats De Vloek

Donderdag 16 oktober wordt er in de gemeenteraad definitief besloten of De Vloek moet verdwijnen. Daarom roepen wij op voor een internationale spandoeken- en solidariteitsactie op maandag 13 oktober.
Wij roepen iedereen op om voor mandag 13 oktober een spandoek te maken en dit aan bijvoorbeeld hun sociaal centrum, kraakkroeg, buurthuis of woning willen hangen. Ook ontvangen wij hier graag een foto van zodat wij deze op onze website kunnen plaatsen, om zo te laten zien dat De Vloek breed en internationaal gesteund wordt. De gemeente Den Haag wil vrijplaats De Vloek op 5 januari 2015 ontruimen om plaats te maken voor een Topzeilcentrum. De Vloek, gelegen in de Scheveningse haven, werd 12,5 jaar gekraakt en is inmiddels uitgegroeid tot een onmisbare sociale ruimte in de haven. Plek voor Topzeilsport is er in de haven al genoeg maar toch moet De Vloek wijken voor het zoveelste prestige project waar niemand op zit te wachten.
Op 7 augustus werd de campagne voor het behoud van De Vloek afgetrapt met de actiekraak van de Pier. Dit Scheveningse icoon, wat al geruime tijd leegstond, werd door sympathisanten van De Vloek enkele uren bezet en zorgde voor veel landelijke aandacht (zie http://tinyurl.com/my5qc5j). Met een grote en druk bezochte manifestatie op 6 september hebben wij ons belang in de stad aangetoond (zie: http://tinyurl.com/qxcaxuc). Ook is de petitie voor het behoud van onze vrijplaats al bijna 3000 keer ondertekend (zie: http://devloek.nl/steun-ons/)

Call-out for international solidarity with social center De Vloek
The city government of The Hague wants to evict social center De Vloek on January 5, 2015 to make room for a sailing center. Located in the harbor of Scheveningen, De Vloek was squatted 12.5 years ago and meanwhile has grown to be an essential social space in the harbor. There is already enough space for sport sailing in the harbor, but De Vloek must nevertheless move aside for the latest prestigious real estate project which nobody is looking forward to.
On Thursday October 16, the city council will make a final decision about whether or not De Vloek must disappear. Because of this, we are calling for an international banner and solidarity action on Monday October 13.
We are calling on everyone to make banners before October 13 and to hang them on your social center, squatters bar, community center or house. We would also like to receive photos so that we can put them on our website, to show that there is broad international support for De Vloek. Photos of banners and actions can be sent to devloekposter[at]gmail.com.
On August 7, the campaign for the preservation of De Vloek commenced with a symbolic squatting action at the Pier. This icon of
Scheveningen, which has already been vacant for a long time was occupied for several hours by supporters of De Vloek, providing for national attention (see http://tinyurl.com/my5qc5j). Azione internazionale striscioni in solidarieta' con De Vloek!
Il Giovedì 16 ottobre il comune di L'Aia deciderà se il centro sociale De Vloek (La Maledizione) dovrà sparire. E' per questo che chiediamo a tutti di partecipare alle azione di solidarietà internazionale e alla esposizione di striscione solidali.
Chiediamo a tutti di appendere un striscione solidale nei centri sociali, squat e case il Lunedì 13 ottobre. Ci piacerebbe ricevere delle foto di queste azioni di solidarietà per mettere sul nostro sito e per fare vedere che De Vloek viene sostenuta non solo in Olanda ma anche al di fuori del paese.
Il comune di L'Aia vuole sgomberare il centro sociale De Vloek il 5 gennaio 2015, per fare posto per un centro velico. De Vloek e' stata occupata piu' di 12 anni fa' e nel frattempo si e' trasformata in un posto immancabile nel porto di Scheveningen. Il posto per lo sport velico ce ne' abbastanza nel porto, ma De Vloek dovra' sparire comunque per questo progetto prestigioso di qui nessuno ne e' in attesa.
Il 7 agosto l'occupazione del molo di Scheveningen ha dato inizio alla campagna per il mantenimento di De Vloek. Il molo iconico, da qualche tempo abbandonato e inutilizzato, e' stato occupato da attivisti di De Vloek per qualche ora e ha attirato l'attenzione delle media nazionali (vedi: http://tinyurl.com/my5qc5j). Con una grande e molta visitata manifestazione il 6 settembre abbiamo fatto vedere la nostra importanza nella città di L'Aia (vedi: http://tinyurl.com/qxcaxuc). Anche la petizione per il mantenimento di De Vloek e' stata firmata quasi 3000 mila volte (vedi: http://devloek.nl/steun-ons/).

Aufruf für internationale Solidarität für das soziale Zentrum De Vloek
Die Stadtverwaltung von Den Haag will am 5. Januar 2015 das soziale Zentrum De Vloek räumen, um Platz zu schaffen für ein Segelzentrum. Gelegen im Hafen von Scheveningen, hat sich das vor 12 ½ Jahren besetzte De Vloek inzwischen zu einem entscheidenden Freiraum im Hafen entwickelt. Es gibt bereits genügend Plats im Hafen für Segelsport. Dennoch soll De Vloek jetzt Platz machen für das allerneueste Prestigeprojekt, auf das niemand wirklich wartet.
Am Donnerstag, dem 16. Oktober fällt der Stadtrat die endgültige Entscheidung darüber, ob De Vloek verschwinden muss oder nicht. Aus diesem Grund rufen wir am Montag, dem 13. Oktober zu einer internationalen Banner- und Solidaritätsaktion auf.
Wir rufen alle dazu auf, vor dem 13. Oktober Transparente zu gestalten und in eurem Haus, Sozialzentrum, Freiplatz oder besetztes Hau aufzuhängen. Wir würden auch gerne Fotos davon erhalten, um sie auf unserer Webseite zu posten, damit wir zeigen können, dass es eine breite internationale Unterstützung für De Vloek gibt. Am 7. August begann die Kampagne für die Erhaltung von De Vloek mit der symbolischen Besetzung der Pier. Dieses Symbol von Scheveningen, welches bereits seit geraumer Zeit leer steht, wurde für mehrere Stunden von Unterstützern von De Vloek besetzt und sorgte so für nationales Aufsehen (siehe http://tinyurl.com/my5qc5j). Mit einer großen und gut besuchten Kundgebung, haben wir die Bedeutung dieses einzigartigen Freiraums auch dem Rest
