Het No Border Netwerk Nederland organiseert van 2 tot 10 augustus 2013 een No Border Camp in Rotterdam. Het organiseren van een strijdbare week met acties, discussies en workshops sluit naadloos aan bij de onvermoeibare acties van migranten in de afgelopen anderhalf jaar in Nederland.
Zoals breed bekend is zijn veel migranten in Nederland vanaf het najaar 2011 bezig met protestacties zoals die nog niet in Nederland zijn voorgekomen. Mensen met verschillende nationaliteiten en achtergronden komen openlijk in verzet tegen het huidige migratiebeleid.
Mensen die geen papieren hebben en daarom niet in Nederland mogen verblijven accepteren het niet langer meer dat hun gevecht om een menswaardig bestaan voor de Nederlandse samenleving onzichtbaar blijft. Inmiddels hebben migranten en de ondersteunende activisten al diverse tentenkampen opgericht, zijn er zijn vele demonstraties geweest en verblijven veel migranten op dit moment in de Vluchtkerk in Amsterdam en het Vluchthuis in Den Haag.
In deze situatie is het organiseren van een NoBorderCamp voor het No Border Netwerk een vanzelfsprekendheid. Hiermee willen wij, No Border activisten, aansluiten bij de behoefte van migranten om hun probleem 'wereldkundig' te maken.
In de afgelopen periode is veelvuldig duidelijk geworden dat de overheid alleen maar belangstelling heeft voor politieke spelletjes. Het inruilen van een halfslachtig kinderpardon tegen het invoeren van strafbaarstelling van illegaliteit geeft perfect aan waar het de Nederlandse politici om te doen is. Het hebben van politieke macht is veel belangrijker dan het lot van op straat geklinkerde mensen zonder de 'juiste' papieren!
Het NoBorderCamp 2013 heeft verschillende doelen. Allereerst hopen wij met deze week van workshops en acties aan te sluiten bij de behoefte van migranten om visueel zichtbaar en luidruchtig hun protest te laten horen zodat de Nederlandse samenleving niet meer kan blijven zeggen dat zij het nooit hebben geweten: het op straat gooien van mensen zonder geld, voedsel en onderdak. Wij ondersteunen de opstand van migranten tegen het huidige migratiebeleid.
Tegelijk willen wij met dit kamp ook de aandacht vestigen op het kapitalisme. De belangrijkste oorzaak van ondermeer oorlogen, bijvoorbeeld om olie en andere grondstoffen, en klimaatverandering, die op hun beurt migratiestromen op gang brengen. Geen mens vlucht vrijwillig. In onze samenleving die zwanger is van hebzucht en egoïsme, is geen plek voor mensen die wanhopig op zoek zijn naar een betere toekomst!
Wij de No Border-activisten zijn voorstanders van vrijheid van beweging (freedom of movement) en het afschaffen van grenzen en staten. Tijdens het NoBorderCamp willen wij aan de hand van workshops en discussies meer mensen voor dit streven winnen. Het kamp zal een enthousiasmerende werking moeten hebben op mensen om zich ook actief te verzetten tegen het kleinburgelijke migratiebeleid van zowel de rechtse als de linkse gevestigde orde. Actief verzetten zal ook vanuit het kamp gebeuren, met directe en publieksacties bij verschillende locaties in de regio.
Een extra doel van het organiseren van een kamp in augustus 2013 is het Lovis-bootproject dat in het eerste weekend van augustus vanuit Rotterdam zal vertrekken en in verschillende havensteden aandacht wil schenken aan de problemen van migranten en meer samenhang wil bewerkstelligen in groepen en individuen die zich verzetten tegen het migratiebeleid.
Het Nederlandse No Border Netwerk werkt samen met soortgelijke groepen in andere (Europese) landen, ondermeer via regelmatig overleg en gezamenlijke acties. De Engelse benaming 'Camp' is dan ook bewust gekozen omdat er internationaal veel belangstelling is voor bijeenkomsten van No Border-activisten. Het NoBorderCamp-concept bestaat al sinds 1999 en vanaf dat jaar zijn er op markante plekken in Europa (grens- en havengebieden) dergelijke kampen georganiseerd. Vorige jaar waren er kampen in Stockholm en Keulen.
In de komende maanden zal er flink getrokken moeten worden aan de organisatie van het No Border Camp. De voorbereidingsgroep heeft al contact met groepen migranten en ondersteunende activisten. The Dutch No Border Network organizes a No Border Camp in Rotterdam August 2 - 10.
The organization of a militant week of action, discussion and workshops connects with the tireless actions of migrants in the Netherlands during the past one and a half year.
As many people know, a lot of migrants in the Netherlands have been involved in protest actions in a way that has never been done before in the Netherlands. People from different nationalities and backgrounds are resisting the current migration policy openly.
Undocumented people that are not allowed to stay in the Netherlands because of that, do no longer accept the fact that their struggle for a human existence remains unseen. Meanwhile the migrants and supporting activists have raised several tent camps, have demonstrated many times, and a lot of migrants are at this moment staying in the Vluchtkerk in Amsterdam and the Vluchthuis in The Hague.
Given this situation, to the No Border Network organizing a NoBorderCamp is a matter of course. This way we, No Border activists, want to connect to the need of migrants to make their problem widely known.
Recently, it has at many times become obvious that the government is only interested in political games. The trading of a halfhearted childrens' pardon for the introduction of the penalization of illegality shows perfectly what the Dutch politicians want. Political power is a lot more important than the fate of people without the 'right' papers, who have been kicked out on the street!
The NoBorderCamp 2013 has several goals. First of all during this week of workshops and actions we hope to connect to the need of migrants to make their protest be heard both visually and loudly so that Dutch society can no longer pretend they never knew: kicking people out on the street without money, food and shelter. We support the rebellion of the migrants against the current migration policy.
At the same time we want to focus attention on capitalism. It is the main cause of among others war, for example for oil or resources, and climate change, that in their turn set migration going. No man flees voluntarily. In our society, pregnant with greed and selfishness, there is no room for people that are desperately seeking a better future!
We the No Border-activists stand for freedom of movement and the abolition of borders and states. Through workshops and discussion during the NoBorderCamp we want to win people over for this aspiration. We want the camp to have an enthusing effect on people to actively resist the narrow-minded migration policy of both the right-wing and the left-wing established order. Active resistance will also be initiated from the camp, with direct and public actions at several locations in the region.
An extra goal in organizing a camp in August 2013 is the Lovis boat project “Voices from the borders”, that will leave from Rotterdam in the first weekend, and that will draw attention to the problems of migrants in different harbors and wants to create more unity in groups and individuals that resist migration policy.
The Dutch No Border Network works together with similar groups in other (European) countries, among others through regular meetings and joint actions. The English title 'Camp' is therefore chosen on purpose because internationally there is a lot of interest in meetings of No Border-activists.
The NoBorderCamp-concept exists since 1999 and from that year on at distinctive locations in Europe (border- and harbor areas) similar camps have been organized. Last year there were camps in Stockholm and Cologne.
In the next months we will have to do our very best to organize the No Border Camp. The preparation group has already contact with groups of migrants and supporting activists. تنظم شبكة تعارف بلاحدود في روتردام من02 الى 10 أغسطس اسبوع كامل من الأنشطة و المناقشات وورش العمل ترتبط باحوال المهاجرين ونشاطهم وكفاحهم الدائم في العام الماضي ونصف في هولندا.
كما هو معروف على نطاق واسع، العديد من المهاجرين في هولندا من خريف 2011 شاركت في احتجاجات مثل هذه التي حدثت في هولندا. الناس من مختلف الجنسيات و الخلفيات يأتون علنا لمعارضة سياسة الهجرة الحالية.
الناس الذين لا يحملون وثائق، وبالتالي لا يسمح لهم بالبقاء في هولندا
لا يقبلون أن يبقى كفاحهم من أجل وجود لائق في المجتمع الهولندي غير مرئي. وفي الوقت نفسه، المهاجرون والناشطون اعدوا مخيمات مختلفة والعديد من المظاهرات.
كما يقيم حاليا العديد من المهاجرين في كنيسة كلاجئين بأمستردام وبيت اللجوء في لاهاي.
في هذه الحالة، تنظيم مخيم بلا حدود لشبكة بلا حدود للتعارف أمرا مفروغا منه. نحن نشطاء نهدف لتلبية احتياجات المهاجرين و جعل مشكلتهم معروفة على نطاق اوسع
في الفترة الماضية أصبح واضحا كثيرا ان الحكومة مهتمة فقط بلعبة سياسية.
تبادل العفو للأطفال ضد ادخال تجريم عدم الشرعية تماما ما يسعى الساسة الهولنديين القيام به.السعي وراء السلطة السياسية هوأهم بكثير من مصير شخص على الشارع ورقة رابحة!.
لدى مخيم بلا حدود 2013 أهداف مختلفة. أولا، نحن نأمل هذا الاسبوع من ورش العمل والأنشطة ان تعكس احتياجات المهاجرين و ان يصل صوتهم الى المجتمع الهولندي حتى لا يستمر القول بعدم معرفتهم بالامر او عدم سماعهم برمي الناس في الشارع دون طعام و مال ومأوى. نحن نؤيد انتفاضة المهاجرين ضد سياسة الهجرة الحالية.
في نفس الوقت في المخيم نلفت الانتباه أيضا إلى الرأسمالية. السبب الرئيسي للحروب وغيرها،مثل النفط والسلع الأخرى، وتغير المناخ،
وهذا بدوره يساهم في تدفق المهاجرين اللاجئين .الإنسان لا يرحل بشكل طوعي . في مجتمعنا مع الاسف المليئ بافات الجشع و الانانية ليس هناك مكان للأشخاص الذين في حاجة ماسة و يبحثون عن
مستقبل أفضل!
نحن نشطاء بلا حدود لصالح حرية التنقل وإلغاء الحدود.من خلال مخيم بلا حدود عن طريق ورش العمل والمناقشات نسعى لربح المزيد من الناس .من هذا المخيم سوف تكون معارضة لسياسة الهجرة من اليمين الى اليسار تحدث من مكان المخيم وفي مختلف المواقع الموجودة في المنطقة.
وكهدف اضافي من تنظيم المخيم في أغسطس 2013 هو مشروع باخرة لوفس في عطلة نهاية الأسبوع الأولى من شهر أغسطس حيث سوف تغادر روتردام الى مختلف المدن الساحلية وذلك من اجل لفت
الانتباه إلى مشاكل المهاجرين والتعاون مع الجماعات والأفراد الذين يعارضون سياسة الهجرة.
شبكة بلا حدود الهولندية تتعاون مع جماعات مماثلة في البلدان (الأوروبية) الأخرى، من خلال المشاورات المنتظمة وإجراءات مشتركة. وشبكة بلا حدود موجودة منذ عام 1999 ومنذ ذلك العام في أماكن بارزة في أوروبا (المناطق الحدودية والموانئ) حيث يتم تنظيم مثل هذه المخيمات.
في العام الماضي كانت هناك مخيمات في ستوكهولم وكولونيا.
في الأشهر المقبلة سيكون هناك الكثير من العمل للفت الانتباه إلى
مخيم بلا حدود. المجموعة التحضيرية اقامت اتصالات مكثفة مع مجموعات المهاجرين والناشطين.

Camp NoBorder 2013

Une semaine d'actions, de débats et d'ateliers.
Le Réseau No Border des Pays-Bas organise du 2 au 10 Août 2013 un Camp No Border à Rotterdam. L'organisation de cette semaine militante d'actions, de débats, et d'ateliers est en lien direct avec les efforts de lutte incessants des migrants aux Pays-Bas ces derniers temps.
Depuis l'automne 2011, on a pu voir aux Pays-Bas de nombreux migrants mettre en place des formes de lutte nouvelles. Ils se rejoignent ouvertement dans la résistance contre les politiques de migration actuelles, en dépit des différences de nationalité, de milieu ou d'origine.
Les sans-papiers que les Pays-Bas prive de droit de séjour et de liberté de mouvement en ont assez que leur lutte pour une existence humaine reste invisible dans la société néerlandaise. Aujourd'hui, les migrants et les activistes solidaires ont déja monté différents campements, organisé de nombreuses manifestations, et ils occupent des églises à Amsterdam (Vluchtkerk) et à La Haye (Vluchthuis).
Dans ces conditions il est naturel que le Réseau NoBorder organise un Camp NoBorder. Les activistes NoBorder veulent ainsi participer aux efforts des migrants pour attirer l'attention publique sur leur problème.
Jusqu'ici les autorités gouvernementales ont régulierement montré qu'elles s'intéressent seulement aux intrigues politiques. Le marchandage législatif pour un 'pardon pour les mineurs' (kinderpardon) en échange de la 'pénalisation du séjour illégal' (strafbaarheidstelling illegaal verblijf) est un parfait exemple de ce dont sont capables les politiciens. Ils préferent de loin garder leur pouvoir politique plutôt que d'aider ceux qui sont à la rue parce qu'ils n'ont pas de papiers!
Le Camp NoBorder 2013 a différentes ambitions. Tout d'abord nous espérons, avec cette semaine d'ateliers et d'actions, participer aux efforts des migrants pour faire bruyamment résonner leur lutte dans toute la société néerlandaise: pour que plus personne aux Pays-Bas ne puisse dire qu'il n'était pas au courant qu'on jette des gens à la rue sans monnaie, sans nourriture, sans abri. Les migrants résistent contre les politiques actuelles de migration et nous participons à cette résistance.
En même temps nous voulons lors de ce camp recibler notre attention sur le capitalisme. Le capitalisme est la cause principale des guerres, comme par exemple les conflits pour le controle du pétrole ou d'autres matières premières, et du réchauffement climatique, qui à leur tour sont causes de flux migratoires. Personne ne fuit de plein gré. Dans notre société cupide et égoïste, il n'y a plus de place pour ceux qui cherchent désespérement à améliorer un peu leurs perspectives.
En tant qu'activistes NoBorder nous défendons le droit à la liberté de mouvement (freedom of movement) et réclamons l'abolition des frontières et des états. Lors du Camp NoBorder les ateliers et débats nous permettront de partager ces idées avec le plus de gens possible. Le Camp pourra enthousiasmer les participants à agir ensemble contre la politique migratoire étriquée des autorités, de droite comme de gauche. Des manifestations et actions publiques à différents endroits dans la région seront organisées depuis le Camp NoBorder.
Une autre raison pour organiser un camp en Août 2013 est le départ depuis Rotterdam, le premier week-end d'Août, du navire Lovis, qui visitera différents ports pour manifester en solidarité avec les migrants et créer des liens et dynamiques entre les différents individus et groupes qui luttent contre les politiques migratoires.
Le Réseau NoBorder Pays-Bas travaille avec des groupes semblables dans d'autres pays (d'europe), avec entres autres des réunions et des actions communes. C'est pour souligner et promouvoir le caractère international que le mot anglais 'Camp' a été retenu. Depuis la naissance de concept de Camp NoBorder en 1999, des camps ont été organisés à différents endroits à symbolique forte, tels que ports ou régions frontalières. L'année passée a vu des Camps NoBorder à Stockholm et à Cologne.
Il y aura beaucoup de travail dans les mois à venir pour organiser le Camp NoBorder. Le groupe de préparation est déja en contact avec des groupes de migrants et des activistes solidaires.
