Wij denken dat Nederland een veilig land is waar je niet bang hoeft te zijn. Toch leven er hier heel veel kinderen dagelijks met de angst dat ze het land uit worden gezet. Deze kinderen leven in gezinslocaties\, zeer sobere opvangcentra met vrijheidbeperkende regels en nauwelijks medische en geestelijke zorg. Ze zijn bestemd voor gezinnen die naar Nederland gevlucht zijn en van wie een eerste asielaanvraag is afgewezen. Omdat deze gezinnen ‘illegaal’ zijn\, moeten zij betalen voor de aanvraag van hun procedures.
